My master thesis Mind the Gap was a study in how big corporations in Sweden close the strategy to performance gap and looked closer at the theories on corporate performance management. The courses gave increased knowledge in strategy formulation and management, performance measurement and management, process engineering, corporate governance, customer valuation, costing models etc.
